This paper considers the principles of equipping high-priority facilities, including healthcare institutions and other medical complexes, with uninterruptible power supply systems. A comprehensive approach to the energy supply of the facilities under consideration is proposed, which includes both autonomous power generation units for buildings and structures and additional backup power supply systems intended for direct use by these facilities, as well as for emergency power supply of electrical system equipment. The application of power generation technologies based on solar photovoltaic modules, solar thermal systems, and wind energy installations is considered for the design and modernization of distribution and main substations. These installations represent an integrated electricity generation system based on the direct and indirect conversion of solar radiation energy and atmospheric air mass movement into electrical energy. Experimental monitoring of the proposed RES prototype showed that, depending on the operating period and seasonal conditions, the system covered approximately 5–20% of the auxiliary energy demand. Over the five-month observation period, the overall contribution of the RES system reached 8.87%.
